About the Role

We are looking for a forward thinking enthusiastic and caring GP partner for around 6  sessions a week. We are a small semi-rural practice providing all aspects of primary care to  around 6000 patients. 

About the Company

We are a high achieving QoF practice and are committed to providing  high quality evidence-based care to all of our patients.  

We have an extremely friendly small team comprising of two GP partners, one salaried GP, an  advanced respiratory nurse practitioner, an advanced nurse practitioner and a comprehensive  nursing team including HCAs as well as a social prescribing team with our local PCN  framework.
